Flood, Fire and theft protection is our priority

Here at Imperial, we select our vaults location based on key critical considerations. First and foremost theft, flood and fire. Constructed by industry specialists to the highest security ratings available, it is fortified with reinforced concrete, steel, and advanced protective materials to ensure complete peace of mind. Inside, multiple layers of security protocols work together to provide the highest level of protection for your valuables.

For all our vaults, we prioritise protection from flooding. In Hamilton, our location has never flooded as shown through historical Brisbane flood archives. More importantly, our Vaults are located above ground ensuring access is never an issue, nor reliant on lift infrastructure to keep operations going. By operating our vaults at ground level we’re also ensuring a higher level of safety and client accessibility without compromising security.

All our vaults are fire proof with fire suppression technology enabled. We do not allow combustibles, accelerants or dangerous goods to be stored in our vaults, also minimising any risk from fire to your valuables even further.

And finally, we are fully insured. Each safe deposit box comes with $10,000 complimentary insurance through Lloyd’s Of London, with the option to insure up to $4,000,000. Just let us know if you are requiring additional insurance.
